As an Onboarding Specialist within our marketplace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders onto our platform. You will be responsible for guiding users through the platform's features, helping them set up their accounts, and providing them with the necessary information to maximize their experience within our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for new users, guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels, including email, phone and seller visits.
• Help sellers understand how to list their products, search for items, and navigate the platform effectively.
• Assist sellers in creating and verifying their accounts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided and accurate.
• Verify the authenticity of products and services listed on the platform to maintain quality standards.
• Analyse seller performance data and offer data driven insights and use them to improve seller onboarding performance.
• Coordinate with the Sales and other teams to ensure smooth and successful seller launches.
• Track seller activities and onboarding pipelines, including detailed and important updates for all seller interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Should be a native of Vietnam.
• Strong knowledge and well versed with the agricultural industry in Vietnam, including farming practices, products, and supply chains.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.(Vietnamese and English)
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping users succeed.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with users who may have varying levels of technical proficiency.

As a Business Development Officer in our marketplace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and posi5ve experience for new vendors, sellers, or service providers joining our plaDorm. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and assist them through the onboarding process, ensuring they meet all requirements, understand plaDorm policies, and have all the necessary resources to succeed within the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and Guide New Users: Be the first point of contact for new vendors, sellers, or service providers, and warmly welcome them to the marketplace. Provide a clear overview of the marketplace and set their expectations for becoming active participants on the plaform.
2. Ensure Compliance: Verify that new users meet all necessary requirements and adhere to marketplace policies, rules, and regulations. Perform due diligence checks as needed to maintain the integrity of the marketplace.
3. Facilitate Documentation: Assist new users in completing all required documentation, agreements, and contracts to establish their presence on the plaform. Ensure all necessary information is collected accurately and securely.
4. Provide Training and Support: Offer training and ongoing support to help new users understand how to use the marketplace effectively. This may include demonstrating key features, managing litings, handling orders, and resolving common issues.

Requirements:

Job Description:

As the CEO, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a company dedicated to facilitating and optimizing the carbon credit market for farmers. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, business development, and fostering partnerships to drive the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   • Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the company's growth and success in the carbon credits market for farmers.
